Floor Fountain Care Tips
It is important that you ensure that your floor fountain is kept in good working order. Pump the most important part of your floor fountain, without it then the floor fountain will not work. Tell tale signs that will highlight when your floor fountains pump is not working correctly.
When the pump is making a lot of noise or clunking sounds then there is a problem. The first thing to check is pump, has not come loose at the base of the fountain. If the pump has become loose then simply adjust and put back into position, this should resolve the issue. If this is not the case, the pump may be damaged, there are some notes to take here to ensure that damage to the pump is minimised.
It is essential that the pump is always submersed under the water. Pumps are waterproof and will only work properly when fully submersed. Make sure the water levels of the floor fountains are kept to the correct level. When the water is below the required level then the pump will not work correctly causing it to work harder to pump the water around the fountain. The water pump will overheat and eventually will stop working altogether, the number one priority is to make sure the pump is cared. Make sure you keep your floor fountain clean by giving it a wipe down when required, floor fountains such as stainless steel will look much better when they are kept in good condition.
